Wisp is a collective for digital art & culture. Our aim is to realize works at the intersection of art, technology & philosophy and to connect artists from different fields through artist in residency programs, digital art labs, workshops & events.
*A wisp or ignis fatuus (pronounced [ˈiɲis ˈfatu.us]; Medieval Latin for '"fool's fire"') is an atmospheric ghost light seen by travelers at night and metaphorically refers to a hope or goal that leads one on but is impossible to reach, or something one finds sinister and confounding.
